BFF accepts Duitnow (bank transfer), Touch & Go, credit cards-Visa & Master Card.
Each order has a specific tracking number that will be emailed to you after your order is fulfilled.

We do not allow cancellations or refunds if the reason is a change of mind from the customer or a failed delivery after multiple attempts as proven by the delivery company. For other reasons, we will review requests on a case-by-case basis. If you have any other inquiries, you can send your questions to care@bffpads.com.
To change your shipping address after you've paid, please send us another email, and we will attend to you quickly.

Shipping
Currently, we only deliver to Malaysia, Singapore, Brunei, Indonesia, and Thailand. Delivery typically takes no more than 7 working days within Malaysia. For overseas deliveries, it generally takes no more than 9 working days, depending on customs.
We are working on expanding to other countries. As soon as we are able to ship internationally, we’ll announce it to our community, so please stay tuned!

We process your order immediately upon confirming the payment, usually taking a few days to pack and ship. Orders received after 5pm will be scheduled for the next business day.
This might be due to unforeseen circumstances like delivery congestion affecting the courier company.
Customers are also advised to provide accurate contact details and addresses when placing order. Delivery may be delayed if inaccuracies are found and we will not be liable for such delays. If you need help with your order, feel free to contact us.

Apologies if your package arrived damaged! This is however subjected to unforeseen circumstances that may occur at the delivery companies or couriers like loss or damage of parcel and delivery congestion. We place great trust in our shipping carrier to ensure successful deliveries. We are disappointed when this isn't the case and will notify our courier's representative to take necessary action.
Yes, we allow exchanges provided the product is unopened. Please feedback immediately or within 1 week after receiving the parcel, we will respond as soon as possible.
Return Policy
Due to the nature of our products and hygiene reasons, we are unable to accept returns once an order has been delivered. Your satisfaction is our top priority, so if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase or would like to provide feedback, please email us at care@bffpads.com within 30 days of your purchase or receipt. BFF Produk
Kami menggunakan kapas organik 100% yang diimport dari Amerika Syarikat yang diperakui oleh GOTS, polimer super penyerap (SAP) dari Jepun, serta pelekat dari jenama terkenal Jerman, Henkel.
BFF pad dibuat dengan lapisan atas kapas organik 100%, memastikan pengalaman hypoallergenic dan bebas iritasi. Lapisan seterusnya mempunyai teras polimer Jepun yang sangat menyerap untuk penyerapan optimum. Untuk mengelakkan kebocoran, terdapat juga lapisan bawah kalis air PE. Kami menggunakan pelekat tidak toksik pada pad dan sayap untuk memastikan pad kekal di tempatnya. Pad kami sepenuhnya bebas dari dioksin, toksin, klorin, pewarna, wangian, dan pendarfluor.
Kami adalah satu-satunya jenama tuala wanita organik di Asia yang direka khas untuk gadis remaja, menyediakan tuala wanita yang selamat, sihat, dan selesa.
Ini adalah isu utama yang kami beri perhatian sebelum menubuhkan BFF. Kini, BFF boleh dengan yakin memberitahu anda: "Ya, anda boleh menggunakannya dengan selamat." Gadis remaja aktif, dan reka bentuk sayap pelapik Mini membantu mengikat tuala wanita dengan kukuh pada seluar dalam, mengelakkan kebocoran semasa aktiviti fizikal. Ini memastikan mereka kekal selesa dan bebas dari kebimbangan mengenai peralihan atau pengumpulan tuala wanita.
Jangka hayat adalah 3 tahun dari tarikh pengeluaran. Anda boleh mendapatkan maklumat ini pada pembungkusan produk kami.
Setiap tuala wanita dibungkus secara individu dengan pembungkusan PE yang mudah dibawa, yang mempunyai sifat penghalang yang baik, kalis air, dan kalis lembap. Pembungkusan luar menggunakan beg kerajang aluminium yang dapat menutup dengan berkesan dan menghalang pencemaran, bakteria, kulat, dan E. coli, mencegah pencemaran sekunder.
