BFF accepts Duitnow (bank transfer), Touch & Go, credit cards-Visa & Master Card.
Each order has a specific tracking number that will be emailed to you after your order is fulfilled.

We do not allow cancellations or refunds if the reason is a change of mind from the customer or a failed delivery after multiple attempts as proven by the delivery company. For other reasons, we will review requests on a case-by-case basis. If you have any other inquiries, you can send your questions to care@bffpads.com.
To change your shipping address after you've paid, please send us another email, and we will attend to you quickly.

Shipping
Currently, we only deliver to Malaysia, Singapore, Brunei, Indonesia, and Thailand. Delivery typically takes no more than 7 working days within Malaysia. For overseas deliveries, it generally takes no more than 9 working days, depending on customs.

We process your order immediately upon confirming the payment, usually taking a few days to pack and ship. Orders received after 5pm will be scheduled for the next business day.
This might be due to unforeseen circumstances like delivery congestion affecting the courier company.
Customers are also advised to provide accurate contact details and addresses when placing order. Delivery may be delayed if inaccuracies are found and we will not be liable for such delays. If you need help with your order, feel free to contact us.

Apologies if your package arrived damaged! This is however subjected to unforeseen circumstances that may occur at the delivery companies or couriers like loss or damage of parcel and delivery congestion. We place great trust in our shipping carrier to ensure successful deliveries. We are disappointed when this isn't the case and will notify our courier's representative to take necessary action.
Yes, we allow exchanges provided the product is unopened. Please feedback immediately or within 1 week after receiving the parcel, we will respond as soon as possible.
Return Policy
Due to the nature of our products and hygiene reasons, we are unable to accept returns once an order has been delivered. Your satisfaction is our top priority, so if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase or would like to provide feedback, please email us at care@bffpads.com within 30 days of your purchase or receipt. BFF Products
We use GOTS certified 100% organic cotton imported from the USA, Super-absorbent polymer (SAP) from Japan, and adhesive from the renowned German brand Henkel.
BFF pads are designed with a 100% organic cotton topsheet, ensuring a hypoallergenic and irritation-free experience. The next layer features a super absorbent Japanese polymer core for optimal absorption. To prevent leaks, a PE waterproof backsheet is included. We use non-toxic adhesive on both the pads and wings to keep them securely in place. Our pads are entirely free from dioxins, toxins, chlorine, dyes, fragrances, and fluorescents.
We are the only organic sanitary pad brand in Asia specifically tailored for young girls, providing safe, healthy, and comfortable pads.
This was a key concern for us before establishing BFF. Now, BFF can confidently tell you: "Yes, you can use them with peace of mind." Our products undergo strict quality control and have passed 32 international SGS tests to ensure safety and user health. All test reports can be viewed on this webpage.
BFF organic sanitary pads come in three different sizes, suitable for different flow levels:
- Mini: 190mm
- Small: 210mm
- Large: 285mm

After extensive testing and improvements, we have introduced Mini panty liners (190mm), designed specifically for adolescent girls. The Mini liners are suitable for light flow days. Despite being small and thin, they have good absorbency. Adolescent girls are active, and the wing design of the Mini liners helps secure the pad firmly to the underwear, preventing leaks during physical activities. This ensures they remain comfortable and worry-free about displacement or bunching up.
The shelf life is 3 years from the date of manufacture. You can find this information on our product packaging.
Each sanitary pad is individually packaged in portable PE wrapping, which offers excellent barrier properties, waterproofing, and moisture resistance. The outer packaging is made of aluminum foil bags, which effectively seal and block contaminants, bacteria, mold, and E. coli, preventing secondary contamination. This ensures that the organic cotton in the sanitary pads remains sterile, hygienic, and dry, extending the shelf life and providing safer protection for women's health.
